idX Corporation, a premier designer and manufacturer of interior signage and decor, seeks an Account Executive to manage large, complex accounts and lead project teams through concept to completion. You’ll coordinate design, manufacturing, delivery, installation, and ongoing service while pursuing additional business within assigned portfolios.

Responsibilities include strategic planning with management, value engineering review, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple locations

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in account management within wood/metal manufacturing or related interior signage industries.
• Experience leading and motivating large project management teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, purchasing and production.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service focus.

Responsabilités

• Grow customer account value through strategic business planning and management oversight.
• Lead staff and coordinate design, manufacturing, delivery, installation and ongoing service for assigned projects.
• Define project scope, timelines and customer expectations with internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, costs and quality; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide monthly sales forecasts and conduct postmortems to identify improvements.
