Job summary

RED Global in the United States is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new business across a defined US territory, focusing on HR & Payroll Technology. You will build pipelines, manage full sales cycles, and engage senior stakeholders across HR, payroll, finance, IT and operations.

This remote, full-time role offers high autonomy, access to leadership, and collaboration with internal specialists and partners, empowering you to address critical operational and compliance needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of quota-carrying SaaS or enterprise software sales experience.
• Proven success in new-business development and quota achievement.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong consultative selling, prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM and sales-engagement tools.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory when required.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
• Develop territory plans and generate new business through prospecting, partners, and marketing activity
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and demonstrations through proposal, negotiation, and close
• Engage senior stakeholders across HR, payroll, finance, IT, operations, and procurement
• Work with solution consultants, marketing, customer success, product, and partner teams
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and opportunity updates
