WM in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing client relationships. You will prospect, close opportunities, and develop strategies to meet and exceed sales budgets while protecting margins.

This role requires frequent customer site visits across northern Arizona; the balance to work-from-home days; you will manage the sales pipeline, coordinate with area managers, and deliver compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or GED with 4 years of related work experience.
• 4 years of B2B sales, cold calling, and phone-based prospecting.
• Prior experience hunting and pursuing cold leads preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and grow billable value in assigned accounts; expand to new clients.
• Initiate and close business-to-business sales relationships.
• Develop prospect plans and manage the sales pipeline to hit targets.
• Support retention efforts and address cancellation risks effectively.
• Coordinate with Area Sales and Plant Managers on customer needs and pricing.
