Job summary

Prudential Financial is seeking an experienced Account Executive to service customer accounts in the Pacific Southwest, primarily Arizona. You will manage relationships with clients, brokers, and internal partners to retain and grow business, while addressing service inquiries and providing consultative support.

Responsibilities include developing customer-specific business plans, coordinating enrollment, and supporting brokers at meetings.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of relevant Group Insurance experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business and develop customer-specific business plans.
• Collaborate with Premier Sales Executives and Regional Account Director to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate enrollment and support services for accounts (500–5,000 lives).
• Provide consultative support to brokers and customers at meetings, including stewardship meetings.
