Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in a B2B marketing, advertising, or agency environment.
• Exposure to 20–40 client programs or larger projects, with increasing responsibility over time.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and some small clients independently from initiation through delivery.
• Hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines, including digital campaigns, content execution, and website development support.
• Strong working knowledge of campaign structure, project management workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience communicating directly with clients at a tactical level.

Responsibilities

• Owns execution of projects and workstreams across assigned accounts.
• May be assigned as the point person on 1–2 small accounts.
• Manages timelines and ensures deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Coordinates internal teams across strategy, creative, digital/paid media, and production/development.
• Serves as day-to-day client contact for assigned projects and communicates status updates.
