Procter & Gamble is hiring Senior Account Executives to translate customer and consumer insights into strategies that deliver business growth. We are looking for experienced sales professionals who bring 1-5 years of expertise in selling with a strong track record of delivering results.

You will work with retail customers and internal teams to develop joint business plans. You will use consumer, customer, and market data to identify opportunities and shape strategies across distribution,

Qualifications

Have a BA/BS from an accredited university.
Have 1-5 years of relevant sales or customer business development experience.
Have a valid driver's license and willingness to travel on the job.

Responsibilities

Develop customer and category strategies that support shared growth and strengthen P&G's selling advantage.
Identify business opportunities by translating consumer, customer, category, and financial data into action.
Lead commercial strategies across distribution, pricing, shelving, merchandising, and promotion based on the needs of the business.
Partner across functions to establish priorities, address business challenges, and move plans forward.
