Job summary

Oliver Wyman, a Hillsboro-based sales partner, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from first touch to close. You will identify new opportunities in Oregon, navigate the Hillsboro territory, and translate customer insights into sharp campaign briefs.

You will coach junior reps, translate dashboards into practical sales stories, and craft effective cold-outreach copy. The role includes developing multi-channel campaigns and owning the funnel end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of standing behind your own estimates.
• Experience delivering in fast-moving sales/marketing environments.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating sales marketing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout OR.
• Walk the Hillsboro, OR territory and know it better than the map.
• Translate customer insights into sharper campaign briefs.
• Coach junior reps through feedback-driven negotiation.
