Qualifications

• Location in Bangalore, India.
• 8+ years of direct software sales experience, selling cloud database platforms, developer tools, SaaS, or data/analytics infrastructure in India.
• Proven track record of quota attainment and expanding ACVs in competitive environments.
• Proficiency in MEDDPICC and the Command of the Message for fast-moving teams.
• Strong relationships with engineering leaders and C-level tech executives in the local startup ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic territory planning and aggressive pipeline execution across India's premier digital native organisations.
• Drive velocity with value-based consultative sales approaches to Tech Founders, CTOs, and AI/Data leaders.
• Land and scale by acquiring high-growth logos and expanding workloads into engineering pods and analytics initiatives.
• Co-sell with cloud partners (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to leverage cloud spend and marketplace acceleration.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Field Marketing, and Customer Success on POCs and evaluations.
• Maintain pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and deal velocity in Salesforce.
