Job summary

Aon Corporation in Chicago is seeking an Account Executive II to join our Construction & Infrastructure practice. This hybrid role offers 2-3 days onsite weekly and opportunities to work with experienced insurance professionals on complex indemnity structures and risk analysis.

As part of a high-performing team, you will develop coverage strategies, respond to client inquiries, and manage documentation for renewals and new business, while building strong relationships with underwriting markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Property & Casualty insurance, with emphasis on Construction Surety Bonds.
• Proven ability to build rapport with high-level clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior team to develop coverage strategies for renewals and new business.
• Respond promptly to client requests and service needs.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for new business and renewals.
• Analyze risk exposures and present tailored proposals.
• Build strong relationships with underwriting markets.
• Process policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations as applicable.
• Review documents for accuracy and obtain signatures.
