Johnson Controls is seeking an Account Executive, Complex Security Systems, to manage owner-level relationships and drive specification-driven opportunities. You will promote Johnson Controls value through technical solutions, qualify new opportunities, and close business monthly while expanding offerings within accounts.

The role requires influence in a highly complex sales process, collaboration with contractors and engineers, and accountability across the sales cycle.

• Sell Complex Security Systems and services to owners at the Director level
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships with target accounts
• Develop and close new opportunities on a monthly basis
• Coordinate with contractors, consulting engineers, and owner accounts to drive bids and specifications
• Prepare proposals aligned with building specs and Johnson Controls offerings
• Expand penetration of Complex Security Systems within assigned accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and issue resolution
• Maintain regular contact with customers and influencers shaping decisions
• Translate customer needs into accurate take-offs, bids, and proposals
• Own outcomes with integrity and attention to detail during the sales cycle
