Job summary

Converge, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Account Executive in New York City to own the full sales cycle from day one.

You will close deals within your first month, generate your own pipeline, and shape how we scale our outreach with a data-driven, customer-centric approach. You will discuss attribution, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics with operators and marketing leaders, earning trust through technical credibility and strong execution.

Qualifications

• Track record of consistently exceeding quota in a sales role.
• Able to understand attribution and conversion tracking data.
• Experience in MarTech or related marketing analytics.
• Willingness to own the sales process and drive from discovery to close.
• In-person role in NYC with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first call to close.
• Generate and qualify your own pipeline across inbound and outbound.
• Drive mid-market deals with multiple stakeholders and technical requirements.
• Refine and scale the sales motion, messaging, and outreach.
• Provide voice of the customer to Product for roadmap insights.
