Job summary

HackerOne is seeking a Lead Account Executive, Commercial to accelerate revenue growth in the US commercial market by driving adoption of the AI-powered Attack Resistance Platform.

You will own complex sales opportunities, build trusted relationships with security and technology leaders, and work with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to deliver long-term customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience selling cybersecurity, cloud security, or SaaS platforms to commercial/mid-market accounts.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to articulate business value.

Responsibilities

• Own the full commercial sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale expansion.
• Develop territory and account plans; prioritize opportunities using data-driven insights.
• Build trusted relationships with security and technology leaders to position HackerOne’s platform.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer journey and drive revenue growth.
