What You’ll Do :

Own and manage a high-value sales pipeline of qualified leads

Build deep client trust through needs-based consultations

Customize life insurance and financial protection plans

Serve as a mentor and thought partner within the sales team

Collaborate with leadership to drive growth and refine strategy

Maintain CRM records and consistently exceed performance benchmarks
