What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the entire Emerse Sales Process, driving new conversations and overseeing sales cycles
- Execute high-volume inbound/outbound outreach targeting small to mid-sized businesses
- Conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone, and video messaging
- Lead Discovery and Scorecard sessions to evaluate prospects' sales functions
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, logging notes and tracking key metrics daily

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full-cycle inside sales role, preferably in a consulting, agency, SaaS, or B2B services environment
- Proven experience conducting discovery calls and managing consultative sales cycles
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
- Experience selling to owner-led and executive buyers is a plus
