About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers at large construction firms, identifying opportunities, and closing high-value deals. You’ll work with a dynamic team to position an innovative ConTech platform as an essential solution for industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop & Execute Sales Strategy – Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, targeting enterprise construction firms.
  2. Build Strong Relationships – Engage with executives, project managers, and technology leaders to understand their challenges and position the platform as a must-have solution.
  3. Consultative Selling – Leverage industry knowledge to tailor solutions that drive operational efficiency and project success.
  4. Pipeline Management – Use CRM tools to track deals, forecast revenue, and ensure consistent sales performance.
  5. Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize the sales process and drive adoption.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of enterprise / Mid-market sales experience, in ConTech
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex deals with large organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the construction industry and its technology landscape is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate value effectively.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
