Base Pay Range

$72,025.00/yr - $105,081.25/yr

Role Overview

We are seeking a National Account Manager to support our rapid growth in electronic security solutions. This remote role involves lead generation and relationship management, presenting our security products and services to national and large regional accounts. We offer a competitive salary, commissions, and recurring revenue opportunities, with a dedicated team to support system design.

Essential Functions
  • Combine a proactive sales approach with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Manage customer accounts and new opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Review account performance and address challenges.
  • Resolve operational issues with internal teams.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand within current clients.
  • Work with sales leadership to identify and target growth areas.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Coordinate site surveys with sales and engineering teams.
  • Build rapport with local contacts and collaborate with regional reps.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer needs.
  • Address customer problems related to invoices, services, or access.
  • Handle RFI and RFP processes with cross-functional support.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in enterprise security solutions and sales.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong networking and lead-generation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and business acumen.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
