Job summary

First American is seeking a senior servicing professional to oversee mid-to-large clients, ensuring contract compliance, performance delivery, and high service levels across portfolios.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, prepare monthly business reviews, monitor SLAs/KPIs, and drive process improvements within a mortgage servicing environment to optimize client satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive servicing/subservicing roles.
• Industry knowledge in mortgage servicing.
• Black Knight system experience.
• BS Degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mid-size to large client portfolios and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Analyze client structure, goals and needs to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Prepare and conduct monthly business reviews with clients to review performance.
• Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, resolve issues with internal units.
• Collaborate on contract changes and statements of work with clients.
• Provide timely, clear global communications about incidents and changes.
• Educate clients on company technology and processes and create client training materials.
• Support management meetings and client presentations.
