Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, investor reporting, project management and finance.
• Understanding of Servicing Capital Markets and ability to face off with representatives from those teams with our clients involved in this program.
• Strong understanding of pooling (GSE pool structures and remittance types) and servicing agreements, investor reporting requirements, and servicing operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines.
• Proven ability to translate legal/contractual language into actionable operational steps.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with ability to build processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all servicing-related activities for critical deals including private securitizations and other investors, from initial notice through post-closing.
• Create and manage reporting of deal activities and assist in developing custom reporting.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders across Client Relations for products and programs used.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal servicing teams, legal counsel, clients, investors, and counterparties.
• Coordinate with external counterparties to review and operationalize securitization and servicing agreements.
• Develop and implement new servicing processes to support unique deal structures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Create SLAs and track deliverables, timelines, and reporting obligations for each transaction.
• Identify process gaps and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support audits, investor requests, and due diligence activities related to securitized portfolios.
• Handle client-facing meetings and manage expectations with clients alongside the Account Executive.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of bank account setups and investor reporting requirements.
• Maintain a centralized repository of deal-specific requirements for efficient tracking and reporting.
