Job summary

First American is seeking a seasoned Client Relations Manager to oversee mid-size to large clients in a loan servicing environment. You will strengthen client relationships, monitor portfolio health, and drive value through cross‑sell opportunities while coordinating with internal servicing teams.

The role requires 5+ years in servicing/subservicing, strong communication, and experience with risk management. A BS degree and knowledge of MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive servicing/subservicing roles.
• Industry knowledge and understanding of client requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage priorities and time.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid-size to large clients and complex portfolios.
• Analyze client structure, goals, and needs to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Prepare and conduct monthly business reviews with clients.
• Monitor performance against contractual requirements and KPIs.
• Collaborate on contract changes and statements of work with revenue implications.
• Deliver clear global communication on incidents, changes, and company information.
• Address client concerns promptly or escalate as needed.
• Coach clients on reporting tools and fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Participate in management meetings and client trainings when required.
