Job summary

First American in Fort Mill, SC, is seeking a Senior Program Lead to coordinate and optimize mortgage servicing and securitization activities. You will bridge servicing operations, legal teams, clients, and counterparties to ensure flawless execution and compliance across portfolios.

You will manage deal reporting, liaise with investors, and develop scalable processes, while aligning with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations for multiple deals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mortgage servicing, investor reporting, or related fields.
• Experience with securitizations or complex loan transactions.
• Strong understanding of pooling and remittance types in capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate servicing activities for private securitizations and related deals.
• Create and manage reporting for deal activities and custom reports.
• Serve as liaison between internal servicing teams, clients, investors, and counterparties.
• Develop new servicing processes ensuring contractual obligations and regulatory compliance.
• Create SLAs and track deliverables, timelines and reporting.
• Support audits, investor requests and due diligence for securitized portfolios.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for bank account setups and investor reporting.
