Qualifications

• Typically requires 5+ years in progressive servicing/subservicing roles.
• Industry knowledge is essential.
• Experience with Black Knight systems is required.
• BS Degree in business field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid-to-large clients and complex portfolios with oversight.
• Analyze client structures, goals and needs to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Prepare and conduct monthly business reviews with clients.
• Monitor performance against contracts, SLAs and KPIs; resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal units on changes and new work.
• Deliver clear, timely communications to clients and educate them on company processes.
• Address client concerns promptly or escalate as needed.
