Job summary

First American seeks a Mortgage Servicing Program Lead to coordinate private securitizations and complex loan transactions, bridging servicing operations, legal teams, clients, and counterparties to ensure flawless execution.

You will drive reporting, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration across departments, with a strong emphasis on compliance and accuracy in investor reporting and deal administration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mortgage servicing, investor reporting, and project management experience.
• Direct exposure to securitizations or complex loan transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Servicing Capital Markets and pooling structures (GSE).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate servicing activities for private securitizations and complex deals from notice to post-closing.
• Create and manage deal reporting and custom client reporting requirements.
• Serve as primary liaison between internal teams, clients, investors, and counterparties.
• Review, interpret, and operationalize securitization and servicing agreements with external parties.
• Develop and implement new servicing processes to support unique deal structures and compliance.
• Create and track SLAs, timelines, and reporting obligations, with periodic quality checks.
