Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships and act as the day-to-day lead.
• Identify opportunities for growth and upsell within existing accounts.
• Develop long-term account plans and quarterly business reviews.
• Monitor budgets, profitability and project forecasting.
• Collaborate with Strategy, CS Lead, PM, Ops and Finance to ensure quality delivery.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and act as trusted advisor.
