Job summary

Greenpark is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead strategic delivery across key client accounts from a remote setting. You will own senior client relationships, guide cross‑functional teams, and drive growth, profitability, and retention by identifying opportunities and managing budgets and SOWs with confidence.

Collaborate with Strategy and CS Leads to shape account plans, forecast performance, and maintain high standards of delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have senior account leadership experience in a client services setting.
• Ability to manage budgets and revenue across multiple accounts.
• Strong client-facing communication and strategic planning skills.
• Experience growing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships and act as the primary trusted advisor across accounts.
