• 10+ years of agency experience.
• Proven ability to lead strategic and creative conversations independently.
• Proven ability to influence client decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior C-Suite clients to guide the business and the agency relationship.
• Identify opportunities to deepen the agency’s role in the client’s business.
• Partner with discipline leads to engage the right resources at the right moments.
• Create client scopes of work and fee recommendations; manage the account financials.
• Lead the team in strategic development and momentum across Creative, Strategy, Social, Media, and Production.
