Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking an Account Director for Advanced Therapies to drive growth across strategic biopharma accounts, align our global network with program needs, and expand scope through cross-site collaboration.

You will translate scientific capabilities into value, manage multi-stakeholder negotiations, and lead executive account strategy to deliver measurable top-line growth while ensuring lifecycle partnerships across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level biopharma/CDMO experience in account management, business development, or program management.
• Proven success managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder expansions with strong forecast accuracy.
• Established network across CGT leaders and influencers; credibility with scientific and executive stakeholders.
• Advanced negotiation, presentation, and business writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own retention and expansion targets within a defined portfolio; identify whitespace and drive cross-sell/upsell across the CGT value chain.
• Lead executive account strategy with multi-year plans and QBRs across R&D, CMC, MSAT, QA/RA, Procurement, and Legal stakeholders.
• Translate science to value by positioning capabilities across process development, tech transfer, scale-up, GMP manufacturing, QC/release testing.
• Shape and negotiate MSA/SOW/QoA, pricing frameworks, and change controls; align scope with capacity and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline hygiene, and data-driven risk updates; ensure leadership is current.
• Represent the brand at priority conferences and tradeshows to convert visibility into expansion opportunities.
• Partner with Program Management and sites to ensure proactive communication and on-time milestones.
