• 7+ years ROI knowledge for specialty solutions areas.
• Experience as AE or in sales/customer service role.
• Understanding of business sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical alignment and account targeting.
• Provide input to AE during account planning based on strategy.
• Ensure alignment with Now Value principles in territory planning.
• Help customers envision digital transformation value and develop strategy with account teams and partners.
• Interlock with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement.
• Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE to identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
• Adapt time allocation to the needs of the territory and account team and celebrate successes.
