Title: Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines

Location: Fully Remote (Eastern or Central Time Zones)

Book Focus: General, Condos, Construction, Contractors, Hospitality, Property, Real Estate, Restaurants

About the Role

Assist the account team with administrative and customer service tasks, ensuring quality and compliance to minimize liability. Responsibilities include resolving routine administrative issues and supporting team activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily team operations and office administration.
• Process policies including endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Manage billing, review policy forms, prepare submissions, and support workflow processes.
• Maintain accurate data in agency systems.
• Monitor activity completion and communicate workload status.
• Provide proactive customer service and ensure quality standards.
• Participate in team building and promote a positive work environment.
• Stay updated on policies and pursue professional development.
• Foster positive relationships and demonstrate integrity aligned with IOA values.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
