Insurance Office of America seeks a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to support account teams remotely in Eastern/Central time zones with on-site support in Longwood, FL. You will manage policy renewals, prepare submissions, and assist with proposals while ensuring excellent client service and policy accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in insurance client service, active licensing (CISR preferred), and strong MS Office skills to handle complex tasks across commercial lines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and Producer.
• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of team support staff.
• Track policy expirations and process renewals accurately.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, and policy changes.
• Support new and renewal business, compile submissions, and assist with proposals.
• Review contracts for proper coverages and monitor delinquent accounts.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team.
• Deliver excellent service and seek continuous improvement.
