Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines, with remote work options for Eastern and Central time zones and on-site support as needed at a Longwood, FL location. You will support account teams, manage policy renewals, and help with submissions and coverages.

You will lead client research, underwriting information gathering, loss run analysis, and proposals, while maintaining strong service standards and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing required with CISR designation preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations for existing clients and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related policy documents.
• Support new and renewal business by researching clients, submitting proposals, and assisting with coverages and pricing.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
