You will assist in research, submissions, and carrier communications, helping to draft proposals, bind coverage, and manage day-to-day tasks with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations and ensure timely renewals.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support new and renewal business: research accounts, submissions, coverages, pricing, proposals, bind coverage.
• Review contracts to confirm proper coverages.
