Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Active insurance licensing; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of Team Support and Account staff.
• Track policy expirations and facilitate renewals on time.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and invoicing tasks.
• Support new business submissions, underwrite information, and bind coverage.
• Assist in reviewing contracts for proper coverages.
