Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines. This remote role supports the account team with policy management, renewals, and client service from Eastern/Central time zones, with Longwood, FL as a supporting location.

You will assist in submissions, pricing evaluations, and binding coverage while maintaining data accuracy and carrier relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing is required; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Assist in new and renewal submissions, negotiations, and binding coverage.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and pursue collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the team.
• Demonstrate IOA values and commitment to service excellence.
