• Active license; CISR designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing day-to-day activities of team support and account staff.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed timely.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and related policy changes.
• Support new and renewal business through client research and submissions.
• Review contracts to confirm proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and support accounts receivable efforts.
