Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks an ABM Regional Manager for the Americas to craft and scale programs across priority accounts. You will own campaigns spanning marketing, sales, and customer success, engaging CIOs, CISOs, and procurement teams in hi-tech environments.

You will lead end-to-end ABM delivery, tailor messaging for technical buyers, and optimize programs with cross-functional teams. This role involves budgets, timelines, and global/local alignment.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years in B2B marketing with ABM or strategic field marketing experience.
• Experience crafting ABM programs for enterprise or commercial accounts.
• Marketing tech to IT, engineering, security personas and buyers.
• Collaborates with sales to translate technical value into strategies.
• Proven ability to lead multi-channel, executive engagement programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement 1:1 ABM programs aligned to target accounts and buying groups.
• Lead account planning with sales to define priorities and timelines.
• Personalize messaging around use cases like cybersecurity and AI/ML.
• Architect end-to-end ABM campaigns across paid media, content, and events.
