Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a senior professional to originate geo-based asset-based transactions and advise clients on financing alternatives. You will partner with underwriting, portfolio management, risk, operations, and legal to move transactions through the deal lifecycle from origination to closure.

Responsibilities include mentoring junior teammates, translating complex ideas into strategic dialogue, and ensuring strong client experiences while adhering to risk and compliance policies.

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a BA/BS degree and 5–10 years of ABL experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in industry drivers, product positioning, structuring and risk mitigation.
• Experience with an ABL syndication process for left lead and participatory transactions.
• Ability to collaborate across functions to resolve complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to foster teamwork and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Originate geographics-based asset-based transactions and advise clients on financing.
• Partner with Underwriting and Portfolio Management to move deals from origination to close.
• Collaborate with deal teams and risk/Legal to ensure execution and risk controls.
• Mentor and develop junior teammates while maintaining client focus.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively and uphold Truist values.
