Truist is seeking an experienced professional to originate geographic based asset-based transactions and advise on capital structure and financing options. You will partner with Underwriting and Portfolio Management to move deals from origination to close, collaborating with deal teams and risk, operations, and legal to ensure seamless execution and strong client experience.

The role requires 5-10 years of ABL experience, MBA preferred, and a proven track record of leading deal lifecycle

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5-10 years of ABL experience.
• Strong knowledge of industry drivers, product positioning, structuring and risk mitigation.
• Experience with an ABL syndication process for left lead and participatory transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional areas to resolve complex issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills fostering teamwork, trust, creativity/innovation and accountability.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and insightfully.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue through targeted clients/prospects in coordination with banking.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise; translate knowledge into strategic dialogue and value added ideas which result in lead roles
• Collaborate with internal partners, including risk, to achieve optimal client outcomes.
