Job summary

Autism Learning Partners in California is seeking a dedicated BCBA to supervise and evaluate client programs, conduct assessments, and provide parent education. You will help drive client progress under experienced supervision and contribute to a culture focused on growth, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.

You’ll mentor behavior technicians, support treatment plan implementation, and balance direct intervention with supervisory duties while managing a dynamic caseload.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program, required.
• Experience working with software solutions for data collection and programming.
• 2-3 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure continuous client progress under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Mentor behavior technicians, helping them learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities and manage a dynamic caseload.
