Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed Master’s degree in relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Fingerprinting, TB test, pre-employment physical exam, and immunities required; costs covered by employer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs under BCBA guidance.
• Mentor behavior technicians and help implement treatment plans.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties across a dynamic caseload.
