Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking dedicated clinicians to lead and supervise ABA programs. You’ll mentor technicians, conduct assessments, and help families with progress under BCBA supervision.

The role supports ongoing education, study time, and a clear path toward BCBA certification. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, ABA, or related field.
• Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or hours towards certification.
• At least one year of experience providing clinical program management under supervision.
• Fingerprinting, TB test, Pre-employment Physical, and immunities (MMR/VZV) required on onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs; educate parents; conduct assessments; solve problems to ensure progress under a BCBA.
• Motivate and mentor behavior technicians; coordinate client visits; provide coaching and clinical support.
• Ensure clinical prescriptions, maintain billable hour records, and deliver progress reports and treatment plans.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties; manage a dynamic caseload with flexibility.
• Support staff productivity; assist in performance evaluations; aid parents and technicians during urgent situations.
