Qualifications
Master’s degree in psychology, child development, education, or ABA required.
Enrolled in BCBA program or pursuing hours preferred.
At least 1 year of clinical program management experience under supervision.
Responsibilities
Supervise and evaluate client programs under a BCBA.
Educate parents and conduct assessments to drive progress.
Mentor behavior technicians and coordinate client visits.
Maintain accurate billable hours and progress reports.
Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties amid caseloads.
