Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, child development, education, or ABA required.
• Enrolled in BCBA program or pursuing hours preferred.
• At least 1 year of clinical program management experience under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs under a BCBA.
• Educate parents and conduct assessments to drive progress.
• Mentor behavior technicians and coordinate client visits.
• Maintain accurate billable hours and progress reports.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties amid caseloads.
