Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a dedicated professional to supervise client programs and mentor a team of behavior technicians under BCBA supervision. You will coordinate assessments, parent education, and ensure high-quality service delivery across home and clinic settings.

The role emphasizes supervision, data-driven progress reporting, and collaboration with clinical supervisors to optimize outcomes for children with autism and related disorders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education or Applied Behavioral Analysis.
• Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or pursuing BCBA hours.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical program management experience under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs and progress under a BCBA.
• Mentor and coach behavior technicians and staff.
• Ensure accurate billable hours, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities across a dynamic caseload.
