Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and eligible for BCBA supervision.
• Experience supervising clinical programs and coaching behavior technicians.
• Enrolled in a BCBA program or hours toward BCBA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs and provide parent education.
• Coordinate client visits and mentor behavior technicians to ensure service quality.
• Ensure accurate records of billable hours and timely progress reports.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities to manage caseloads.
• Support staff and parents during urgent situations and staff reviews.
