Autism Learning Partners seeks a qualified professional for a BCBA supervision-driven Senior Program Manager role in California. The position emphasizes supervision of client programs, mentoring staff, and ensuring quality service under BACB guidelines.

You will coordinate training, CS/CEU resources, and family education while advancing clinical practice and program development in a supportive, flexible environment with strong professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Enrollment in BCBA program and/or hours toward certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical program management experience under supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs; provide parent education; conduct assessments; address progress under BCBA guidance.
• Mentor behavior technicians; coordinate client visits; offer coaching and clinical support to improve service quality.
• Ensure full clinical prescriptions are followed; maintain accurate billable hours; deliver timely progress reports and treatment plans.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties; manage a dynamic caseload; adapt to new challenges.
• Support staff productivity; assist in performance evaluations; help parents and technicians during urgent situations.
