Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a dedicated clinical leader in ABA to supervise client programs and mentor behavior technicians. The role offers a path to a BCBA credential, robust onboarding, and ongoing education in a supportive, female clinician-led environment.

You’ll manage a mix of direct intervention and supervision, balance caseloads, and contribute to high-quality service delivery across clinic and home settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, ABA, or related program.
• Enrolled in BCBA program and/or hours towards certification.
• At least one year of experience providing clinical program management under supervision of a BCBA.
• Fingerprinting, TB test, Pre-employment Physical, and immunities to MMR/VZV required on onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs under a BCBA, provide parent education, and conduct assessments.
• Coach and mentor behavior technicians, coordinate client visits, and provide clinical support to improve service quality.
• Ensure full clinical prescriptions and maintain accurate records of billable hours and progress reports.
