Job summary

Succeed ABA is actively seeking a BCBA to lead clinical supervision and drive quality ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. The role involves in-home, school, and community settings, with flexible scheduling to support families and clinicians.

You will design and update curricula, analyze data for program improvements, supervise BTs/RBTs, and provide ongoing training to parents and staff, while collaborating with a supportive administrative team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Licensure as LBA.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
