Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience using data collection software.
• 2–3 years of ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs and progress under a BCBA.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians to implement treatment plans.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties and caseload management.
