Consigli Construction in North Carolina is seeking a Project Development Manager to grow new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and contribute to company growth across Raleigh-Durham and beyond.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in business development within the A/E/C industry, a track record of building profitable relationships, and willingness to travel. This full-time role reports to the Regional Director and offers an exempt salary range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years Business Development experience in construction/BD in A/E/C.
• Proven ability to build relationships with decision makers.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Partner with leadership and operations to drive growth.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a strong network within local A/E/C community.
• Evaluate target market sectors and pursue opportunities across sectors aligned with the Consigli model.
• Understand Client Account Plan strategies for key clients.
• Develop strategic relationships with architects, developers, owners and OPMs.
• Lead Go/No-Go analysis and determine resources and timing of deliverables.
• Lead the proposal process and ensure timely deliverables.
• Prepare interview team with Operational Leads for successful interviews.
• Align with Regional Office Business Plans and assist in planning.
• Mentor junior Business Development and Operations staff.
• Participate in industry organizations and trade shows to grow Consigli’s network.
• Maintain CRM with real-time opportunity status.
• Maintain memberships in professional organizations and attend industry events.
