Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, or manufacturing engineering.
• Minimum 10 years in Aerospace & Defense manufacturing or related program management.
• Experience with pre-sale technical qualification and value-based solution development.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with customer engineering, procurement, and quality teams.
• Develop and communicate manufacturability and cost trade-offs for proposals.
• Provide technical handoff to execution and support for RMAs and complex issues.
