Job summary

Fathom Digital Manufacturing is seeking a Senior A&D Program Manager to lead multi-year manufacturing programs from pre-award planning to production ramp across its network of facilities.

The role serves as the single point of accountability for program performance, aligning customer commitments with execution and coordinating Applications Engineering, Sales, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in aerospace/defense program management or related manufacturing leadership.
• Experience managing programs across multiple facilities or external partners preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, ITAR, and quality requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or related field; PMP/PgMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full program lifecycle from opportunity qualification through onboarding, development, qualification, ramp, and ongoing execution.
• Build and manage integrated program plans with schedules, budgets, and milestones across multiple sites and suppliers.
• Serve as primary customer program leader; communicate performance, risks, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and risk mitigations to protect profitability and schedule.
• Shape pre-award commitments and drive transition from award to execution.
